On May 6, 2024, in Maputo, Mozambique, at the Ministry of Health (MISAU), the launch ceremony of the project “Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases” (AID 12672) took place. The project aims to strengthen the public health system in the fight against non-communicable diseases (NCDs). Funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation, the project involves the DREAM Program of the Community of Sant’Egidio in collaboration with the Collegio Universitario Aspiranti Medici Missionari – Medici con l’Africa CUAMM, the Community of Sant’Egidio (ACAP), and the Italian Association of Friends of Raoul Follereau (AIFO).
