During her visit, she met with the health care staff who explained to her the different diseases treated, with special attention to the prevention of diseases of women and children.

Afterwards, after greeting the Center’s many patients, she shared with a delegation from DREAM her concern for the many sick people in the country who have no possibility of treatment due to the lack of adequate and free health facilities.

The Premiere Dame then thanked Sant’Egidio for the great help to her country, pledging to implement a collaboration between DREAM and the Association she chairs for the protection of women and children.
