The visit comes at an important time in the life of the Centre, as the time when it will be moved to another area due to new road construction and development of the neighbourhood is imminent.

For this reason, and as a sign of great friendship and support for the DREAM programme, the Director of the National Programme, Dr Koita, wanted to share with the DREAM managers the search for new premises with possible land on which to build a new centre.

On the occasion of this verification mission, he wanted to meet with the staff of the DREAM centre, to underline how important the work carried out so far by the centre and the programme itself is, (also recalling the great role that DREAM has played in the renewal of Global Fund funding for the next three years for the country).

During the meeting, the director wanted to highlight the great role played by the activists, pointing out that the good results obtained in terms of a great “retention” was thanks to them.
Dr Koita therefore wanted to encourage them to continue on this path, indicating DREAM as a model for the country.
